Hall #10: The Slowpoke - Cornell University

The Slowpoke is, well, I guess there's no other way to put this, The Slowpoke is SLOW! Yes, the name is self-explanatory. Similar to "slowdog" on Adam's Hall of Notoriety, but probably slower. Similar to "slowbro" in the Pokemon TV show, but probably slower and duller. I must admit that The Slowpoke doesn't even like to play ultimate that much, but whenever he does play, he is well....slow! Look for The Slowpoke hanging around in the endzone all the time, whether it be on defence or offence. Sometimes The Slowpoke will show up to a game and just stand along the sidelines and throw the disc around. After viewing his pretty good throwing and catching skills, teams often beckon The Slowpoke to come on the field and to play with them.....this is a BIG MISTAKE! An avid fan of long running pants, look for The Slowpoke to be mozying down the field at a crawling rate, and even slower if it is hot outside. His slowness cause him to never be open to pass or to catch, and if he is ever open, he is usually to busy fixing his hair to be able to catch the pass. But to be nice, he is a friendly player and fun to be with, so you should invite The Slowpoke to your local ultimate games. But if the game starts at 1pm, make sure you tell him that it starts at 12pm, cuz yes, he is slow in getting there, and he needs a head-start to ensure that he arrives on time.
